With expertise spanning payroll management, employee engagement, performance development, benefits administration, and organizational wellness, Leandra brings both strategic insight and compassionate leadership to every initiative she undertakes.

Originally from Colombia, Leandra holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. She has managed HR functions across large-scale organizations—supporting up to 2,000 employees—and led regional programs across Latin America, navigating both global standards and local compliance.

Now based in Australia and working with LanguageExchange.com.au, Leandra is passionately dedicated to helping Spanish-speaking professionals transition into meaningful employment that reflects their true qualifications.
