Paula Martinez brings over seven years of experience in human resources, talent development, and cultural programs to her role as Community Partnerships & Talent Programs Manager at Language Exchange Australia. Originally from Argentina and now based in Australia, Paula is passionate about building inclusive spaces where people from all backgrounds can thrive through language, culture, and meaningful professional connections.

With a degree in Human Resources Management and Workplace Relations from the University of Buenos Aires and a strong foundation in recruitment, training, and performance management, Paula has led internal development programs, facilitated 360° feedback processes, and helped implement major HR systems using Agile methodology. She has also worked across diversity and inclusion initiatives—skills she now applies to designing impactful internship pathways and community partnerships for new migrants.

At Language Exchange Australia, Paula leads the coordination of language tutors, cultural facilitators, and volunteers, while building strong alliances with Australian companies to place newcomers into real-world work experiences. Her work empowers culturally diverse individuals to gain confidence, skills, and belonging—bridging borders through connection.
